Refund & Return Policy

At FreakBazzar.co.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and invoices are included.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective:

  • Personal care & beauty products

  • Innerwear & intimate wear

  • Food & grocery items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital products or gift cards

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will receive an email or SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

  • Bank account provided by the customer (where applicable).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if eligible.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping is free.

  • For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the package

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
